Some strange dog-like creature walking upright and eating a quintuple stacked ice cream cone in front of a rainbow makes absolutely zero sense. Or maybe it makes all the sense?? Either way, who cares… We like it because it’s different. And that’s why we like Philly – because Philly is not normal.
